The Artists in Residence Program provides a model of support for professional choreographic creativity and research within the Center for Flamenco Arts. Artists working within the percussive and diasporic dance fields are provided access to a stimulating environment where experimentation, exploration and lifelong learning are valued, encouraged and cultivated. Artists in Residence are given greatly reduced or free studio space, production support and the opportunity to receive feedback on their work in a public forum. Artists in Residence may choose from the following focused opportunities: Choreographic Residency, Living Legacy, Facultative Community Partnership.
